This policy explains what personal data Nuevo Automations collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and can be reached at nawafallahham@nuevoautomations.com.

What we collect

We only collect what we actually need:

• Booking details. If you book a consultation, we store your name, WhatsApp number, business name, and your chosen date and time. We also record the time of booking and the IP address the request came from, to help prevent abuse.
• Messages you send us. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation so we can answer you and follow up.
• Usage data. Standard technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through the advertising and analytics tools described below.

We do not ask for payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Why we use it

• To arrange and attend your consultation, and to contact you about it.
• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask us for.
• To measure whether our advertising works, and to show relevant ads to people likely to be interested.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse of the booking system.

Where the law requires a lawful basis, we rely on your consent for advertising cookies, and on the necessity of performing a contract or our legitimate business interests for everything else.

Cookies and advertising tools

This website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). It sets cookies and reports back to Meta when you visit a page or click one of our contact buttons.

We use it to measure how our advertising performs and to reach people who have visited the site. Meta may combine this with information it already holds about you. You can read how Meta handles this in the Meta Privacy Policy, and adjust what you see through Meta's ad preferences.

You can decline these cookies using the banner shown when you first visit, change your mind at any time using the link at the bottom of this page, or block cookies in your browser settings. Declining does not affect your ability to browse the site or book a consultation.

We also load fonts from Google Fonts. That provider receives your IP address as a normal part of serving those files.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make this website work:

• Meta Platforms — advertising measurement, as described above.
• Vercel and Upstash — hosting and the database that stores your booking.
• GitHub — hosting for the website itself.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us there.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE, including in the United States and Europe. We only use established providers that offer appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Booking records are automatically deleted about 90 days after the appointment date. Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as we have an active relationship, and then removed when no longer needed. Advertising cookie data is retained by Meta according to their own policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email nawafallahham@nuevoautomations.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UAE, you may also raise a concern with the UAE Data Office; if you are in the UK or EU, with your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
