- Professional account needed. You need an Instagram professional account (Business or Creator). It connects with your Instagram login; no Facebook Page is needed.
- 24-hour window. Replies go out within 24 hours of a customer's last message.
- One private reply per comment. Meta allows one private reply per comment, within 7 days of the comment.
- No Instagram broadcasts. The assistant replies to people who comment or message you; it doesn't send broadcasts on Instagram. For offers to a list, use WhatsApp broadcasts.
