Choosing a platform
n8n vs Make vs Zapier: which one?
All three platforms do the same basic job: when something happens in one app, do something in another. The differences show up in how complex your workflows are, how many runs you need each month and who will look after them.
Zapier
The easiest to start with and the largest catalogue of ready-made app connections. Workflows ("Zaps") are mostly linear: trigger, then steps. It suits straightforward automations between popular cloud apps, but costs can climb as the number of tasks grows.
Make
A visual canvas where you can branch, loop over lists and transform data in one scenario. It handles multi-step logic well — for example, splitting one order into several line items or routing a lead differently by source — and is often more economical than Zapier at higher volumes.
n8n
A workflow tool that can be self-hosted as well as used in the cloud, with the option to drop into code when a no-code step isn't enough. It suits teams with high volumes, custom APIs or a preference to keep data on their own infrastructure.
If you already use one of them, we usually build there. If you are starting fresh, we recommend one in the proposal and explain why, including what the platform itself will cost you each month.

That is why maintenance is part of every build: we set up alerts for failed runs and fix them, so your team isn't the one debugging a scenario at the end of the month.

Why us
Why hire us instead of building it yourself
You can absolutely build a Zap yourself. Where we help is when the workflow touches several apps, needs error handling, or has to keep working for years without someone babysitting it. We are not a reseller for any of these platforms, so our recommendation is based on what fits you. We build on the tools you already use, quote a fixed price before we start, and stay responsible for the result.

Common questions
Should I use n8n, Make or Zapier?
Zapier is easiest for simple, linear automations between popular apps; Make handles branching multi-step logic well; n8n suits high volumes, custom APIs or self-hosting. If you already use one, we usually build there.
Can you fix or take over workflows someone else built?
Yes. Tell us on the discovery call what exists today and what is breaking, and we will include it in the scoped proposal.
Who pays for the Zapier, Make or n8n subscription?
Platform subscriptions are separate from our build fee. We list what the platform will cost you in the written proposal so there are no surprises.
How much does a workflow automation project cost?

Can these workflows send WhatsApp messages?
